<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hybrid Change Project Management (HPM) is an advanced approach that integrates elements of traditional and agile methodologies to improve the effectiveness of project management. Despite significant conceptual development, the criteria and methods for the application of HPM remain poorly defined. The purpose of this study is to complement the introduction of HPM into domestic organizational structures through the use of Theory of Temporary Organization (TTO). Viewing the HPM through the TTO prism opens up a new paradigm of change project management, which is particularly relevant for projects that require a balance between adaptability and control, and are able to adapt to a variety of organizational contexts. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Agile</kwd><kwd>устойчивость компании</kwd><kwd>организационные изменения</kwd><kwd>проектный подход</kwd><kwd>гибридное управление проектами</kwd><kwd>теория временной организации</kwd><kwd>традиционное управление проектами</kwd><kwd>гибкое управление проектами</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Agile</kwd><kwd>company sustainability</kwd><kwd>organizational change</kwd><kwd>project approach</kwd><kwd>hybrid project management</kwd><kwd>theory of temporary organization</kwd><kwd>traditional project management</kwd><kwd>agile project management</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Copola Azenha F., Aparecida Reis D., Leme Fleury A., 2021.
