Природный газ, являясь важнейшим переходным энергоносителем в условиях глобального низкоуглеродного развития, играет существенную роль в обеспечении устойчивости экономического взаимодействия и энергетической безопасности стран-участниц. В данной работе объектом исследования выступают страны инициативы «Пояс и путь». На основе данных UN Comtrade в статье построена ориентированная взвешенная сеть торговли природным газом для 132 стран «Пояса и пути» за период 2014-2023 гг. Рассчитаны плотность, взаимность, средний коэффициент кластеризации, размер гигантской компоненты и другие показатели. Проведен анализ сообществ методом Лувена. Результаты показывают, что масштаб сети вырос на 47,3 %, однако плотность остается низкой, а торговые отношения носят преимущественно односторонний характер (спрос и предложение), двусторонняя взаимовыгодность слаба. Китай является абсолютным ядром – импортным центром, тогда как экспортные страны образуют многополярную структуру (Туркменистан, Катар, Россия и др.), роли импортера и экспортера практически не пересекаются. Анализ структуры сообществ показывает, что модульность сети продолжает снижаться одновременно с укреплением торговых связей между сообществами. Модульность снизилась с 0,647 до 0,293, что свидетельствует об ослаблении региональной замкнутости и движении к более интегрированной глобальной сети. Региональные изолированные блоки постепенно сближаются, формируется более крупное торговое сообщество, охватывающее Россию, Центральную Азию, Ближний Восток и Китай. Полученные выводы показывают укрепление газового сотрудничества и повышение степени интеграции системы торговли природным газом между странами инициативы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The Belt and Road Initiative is gradually taking shape as a key institutional platform for international energy cooperation. Natural gas, as a critical transitional energy carrier in the context of global lowcarbon development, plays a significant role in ensuring the sustainability of economic interaction and energy security among the participating countries. This study focuses on the Belt and Road countries as its research object. Based on UN Comtrade data, the paper constructs a directed weighted network of natural gas trade for 132 Belt and Road countries over the period 2014–2023. Indicators such as density, reciprocity, average clustering coefficient, and giant component size are calculated. Community analysis is performed using the Louvain method. The results show that the network scale increased by 47.3 %, yet density remains low and trade relations are predominantly onesided. China is the absolute centre in terms of imports, while export roles are distributed among Turkmenistan, Qatar and Russia (multipolarity). Community modularity declined from 0.647 to 0.293, indicating a weakening of regional closure and a shift towards a more integrated global network. Regional isolated blocs are gradually converging, giving rise to a larger trading community encompassing Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East and China.
